Leadership...

I am not sure when being a leadership couch for money on the side counts as a leader or a manager in this case. Far as I see it, you have done nothing for the past year and I would have made a huge difference. But I get it, I wasn't in that inner circle so even though my interview a year ago was out of the park it never counted. From not just my point of view but others as well as I get asked daily where is my boss? and where is this guy? there is no set of communication and it seems abuse of power. Now the one who fights for the circle is gone the damage is already been made, even after a year I still don't even know what you do instead I just do my job and other peoples jobs for them stepping on toes making myself more successful at what I do.

Here we go again..

Every week it is the same old story I hate it and it really wants me to get the rest of my stuff, change my number and disappear No concept on money None what so ever, all my money is accounted for I can't keep forcefully lend you money. It is starting to really piss me off. My paychecks is going towards car and house payment and then I am broke stuck living on the dollar menu. But it keeps adding up, every weekend I end up spending 100-200 on them and food and cigs medicines and always a promise to pay back. Obviously I don't get paid back and I'm stuck unable to fix things I need. No concept on things of need vs wants. I need but you beg and make me feel like shit to a point I want to write you off and that hurts me.  My anger is growing every time you ask me for money I don't have and beg for it, as if I had it. I sacrifice a lot because of your fucking bullshit and you care very little of my well being. I need teeth, I need glasses, I need to start doc hunting...

All Lives do matter....

Just watching the news and seeing  Marissa Jenae Johnson co-founder of the racist movement called "Black Lives Matter", Really, if you take one big look at it looking outside in, It is extremely racist and it's nothing but HATE breeding HATE and I see the news alot lately and all of a sudden it's riots. When people die, they die. This happens alot but people have to make Martyrs out of the ones of the human of a special "color" tone of their skin.  As hate keeps getting fed, I am not white I am partial Black Foot Indian also known if you knew your history "Native American" just wanted to clear this up before I am automatically classified as a racist.
