Leadership...

I am not sure when being a leadership couch for money on the side counts as a leader or a manager in this case. Far as I see it, you have done nothing for the past year and I would have made a huge difference.

But I get it, I wasn't in that inner circle so even though my interview a year ago was out of the park it never counted. From not just my point of view but others as well as I get asked daily where is my boss? and where is this guy? there is no set of communication and it seems abuse of power.

Now the one who fights for the circle is gone the damage is already been made, even after a year I still don't even know what you do instead I just do my job and other peoples jobs for them stepping on toes making myself more successful at what I do.
